MUABETI (EN)

Muabeti (moo-ah-beh-tee) is the plural form of the noun Muabet (moo-ah-bet), a word of Turkish origins but still heavily used in many Balkan countries. In a general sense, it means conversation, but a type of conversation that is sometimes difficult to grasp for people not native to the region. Muabet is a laid-back conversation, often with no particular goal in mind. It may include small-talk, gossip and other exchange of irrelevant information. In its core though, the muabet is what strengthens the relationships between people - a ritual that builds social ties and trust.

My series of blogs called Muabeti will in fact be a collection of interviews/talks with various folks (mostly local) on 2 general topics: Marketing and Education. These are two topics of particular importance to me at this moment but I won't restrict myself and when I find that a third general topic will be needed, I'll add it to the list.

Most of the Muabeti interviews will be published verbatim in Macedonian. If the blog series does well and I can support another section, I'll think about adding an English version with more global interviews.

МУАБЕТИ (МК)

Серијалот на блогови наречен Муабети е всушност колекција на интервјуа/разговори со различни (најчесто локални) лица на 2 многу генерални теми: Маркетинг и Образование. Овие две теми ми се доста важни во овој момент но нема да се ограничувам на нив. Во моментот кога потребата за трета тема ке стане очигледна, сигурно ќе ја додадам на списокот.
